- Identify toxic behaviors clearly – Gossip, finger-pointing, or name-calling must be named and addressed.
- Lead by example – Model the behaviors you want to see, show transparency, and recognize positive actions.
- Embed culture in every interaction – Celebrate wins, reinforce good behaviors, and hold regular one-on-ones to align expectations.
