The Tip

Remember to… Make your meetings a dialogue, not a monologue. Don’t just speak at your team—encourage them to share their thoughts, feedback, and ideas. Create a collaborative space where everyone feels ownership of the outcome. Ask questions like, “What’s working? What’s not? How can we solve this together?” Use my Leadership Questions for specific meeting questions.
