Remember to… When coaching your team, ask questions that encourage ownership and growth.

Instead of telling them what to do, ask them “What do you think the next step is?” or “If you were in my shoes, what would you do?” This fosters a mindset of empowerment and ownership, leading to better solutions and stronger results.
